01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to dax69 (official website: dax69.im), Malaysia's leading online sports betting and casino platform. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and dax69 ("Company", "we", "platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or simply browsing the dax69 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document, along with all related policies including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy us.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the dax69 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
02dax69 Member Eligibility
To use the dax69 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
- Be at least 18 years at the time of registration and at all times while using the dax69 platform.
- Is legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
- Register and use the platform solely on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party or entity.
- Not on a self-exclusion list or any exclusion register enforced by dax69 or any relevant authority.
- Not a resident or citizen of any country or territory where local or international law prohibits the use of online betting services.
- Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any dax69 employee directly involved in platform operations.
Important Notice: dax69 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Users who fail to verify their eligibility will have their accounts suspended and any winnings may be withheld until verification is complete.
03Registration & Account Management
The dax69 registration process is designed to be simple, fast, and secure. However, there are important responsibilities you need to understand as a member:
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious violation of dax69's terms.
- Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at dax69. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your dax69 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported the misuse to dax69.
- dax69 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Accepted documents include MyKad, passport, or other valid Malaysian identity documents.
Multiple Accounts: If dax69 detects that a member holds more than one active account, all related accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings obtained through the additional accounts may be seized in full.
